Enjoy Creator Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older and confirm this when joining. We may verify against your Enjoy account and remove participants we reasonably believe are under 18.
• You need an Enjoy account in good standing and a TikTok account you own and control.
• Enjoy staff may participate but aren't eligible for ranked prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How the Program works

1. Create a short video promoting Enjoy.
2. Post it publicly on your own TikTok and keep it public while it's in the Program.
3. Generate a TikTok Spark Ads authorization code (365 days) and submit the link + code here.
4. We review each submission (authorization + content). Approved videos join a weekly ad batch run from an Enjoy advertiser account.
5. Videos are ranked by advertising performance; rankings and view counts appear on this site.

3. License and authorization

• By submitting a video, you grant Enjoy a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in online advertising of any kind — including TikTok Spark Ads (via your authorization code) and ads on other online platforms and channels — and to display it (via TikTok's embed, showing your TikTok account) on this site.
• Spark Ads placements additionally depend on TikTok's own authorization mechanics (your generated code and its duration); other ad uses of the video are covered by the license above and don't require a new agreement.
• You confirm the video is your original work and doesn't infringe anyone's rights (including music).
• Anonymity is not offered: showcase and results pages display your TikTok identity.

4. Rewards

• +100 coins for each video that passes review and begins running as an ad, credited at batch launch.
• Weekly Top 5: 1,000 coins + 20 video-generation credits each. Every video ranks independently; one creator may hold multiple Top-5 placements.
• Small batches: weeks with fewer than 8 eligible and approved videos run in pilot mode — launch rewards only, no ranked prizes, no public leaderboard.
• Coins are Enjoy's virtual currency: no cash value, not redeemable or transferable. Credits are usable only on this site.
• Rewards are granted manually and may take a few days. Enjoy's determination of rankings is final.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Anyone eligible may submit self-made videos free. Purchased credits are a production tool only and confer no advantage in review, ranking, or prizes.

5. Content rules

1. Be about Enjoy — real experiences, characters, features. No invented claims or statistics.
2. Comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Advertising Policies.
3. No sexually explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content.
4. No copyrighted music or material you lack rights to.
5. Disclose the connection: enable TikTok's branded-content / paid-partnership label (or #ad) on the post — you're being compensated.
6. Label AI content: AI-generated realistic scenes must carry TikTok's AI-generated label.

We may reject any submission. Repeated content violations lead to a 7-day cooldown, then removal from the Program. Mechanical code errors don't count toward removal.

6. Keeping your video live

If you delete the video, make it private, or revoke authorization, the ad stops and the video leaves this site. If that happens within 90 days after winning a ranked prize, you keep granted rewards but lose future eligibility.

7. Program integrity

One Enjoy account and one TikTok account per participant. Submitting someone else's video or code, or manipulating engagement, may forfeit rewards and end your participation. Each TikTok video can be submitted once, by one participant.

8. Changes and termination

Enjoy may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time. If it ends: earned rewards are granted; unused free credits lapse; running ads may stop.

9. Data

We process your Enjoy user ID, first name, TikTok identifiers, and Program activity to operate the Program (review, ranking, rewards, on-site notifications). See the Enjoy Privacy Policy.
